Album Day 1150 - Resilient Kathmandu

I feel so proud to be called Kathmanduite(or a Nepali for this matter). Even after suffering from 3 huge earthquakes within 2 weeks, the people of Kathmandu seems to have shown tremendous resilience and have tried to live their lives as normal as, practically, possible with whatever is remaining. People are, not only, going about with their daily life, but also helping victims with whatever way possible, shows how how brave and resilient these people are. A will of steel, no doubt.

Day 1142: Joining hands - Creating Forces - Delivering Results - Rebuilding Nepal!

With the emotions being on the rollercoaster, for last couple of weeks, we are doing as much as we can to help Earthquake ‘survivors’. Youth has shown their energy, passion and drive while government has accepted the fact that they have failed in many ways.

NOW, the nature has given us this opportunity to be aware and wise, to build our country again and to show our will of steel. NOW is the time for the government, youth and all the independent organizations to come together. NOW is time to right all the wrongs, to unify all the scattered forces and energies and to create one massive force to create a sustainable mechanism for the rebuilding of Nepal.

Day 1138 - Relief Update!

We are waiting for a report from Nepal on how our relief work has been going, but due to the Earthquake on 12 May this has been slightly delayed. However, while we wait for the report, I would like to update that we have been able to buy substantial number of tents from the money you have donated to Pasa Puchah Guthi, UK and DREAMS team has been able to distribute them to the most affected area of Bhumsalla, Bhumle, Tukuche, Jyamdi etc. We have, also, been able to ship lots of relief material and medical supplies to Nepal. Furthermore, DREAMS team is planning to resume its relief distribution activities, starting from Nuwakot. We would like to share some of the pictures.
